Register a New Account

In order to register a new account to access My Estuary, you must hold a current tenancy with Estuary Housing Association either solely or jointly.

You must have an e-mail address to be able to register and we must have that email address on file. If we don't have this detail, please call us on 0300 304 5000.

In order to register with My Estuary you will need all of the following:
surname (for example, Smith)
postcode (for example SS1 2JY). Please ensure you include the space in the postcode.
date of birth (for example 01/01/1981)
email address (for example
your rent account number (you can get this from your statement or call us on 0300 304 5000)

After registering, you'll receive an email within 15 minutes with your password. You'll be able to use your account immediately.

If you don't receive the email into your inbox, please do check your spam and junk folders.

From then on, you will only need your email address and password to sign in.

In order to register with My Estuary, your details must correspond exactly to the information we hold on your tenancy record, including surname, date of birth, postcode and email address.

A spelling mistake in your name could lead to your account not being recognised. You may find some of the details on your rent statement.
